Jeff Esposito is the Co-Founder of South Florida Investor Social Club & Co-Founder/COO of VeraAI Technologies Inc. As the creators of cutting-edge design software, they have revolutionized the way professionals and homeowners plan, visualize, and bring their renovation dreams to life.

Michael Fray is Co-Founder of South Florida Investor Social Club, and Co-Founder of Pacific Blackstone Group. He has road-minded leadership for corporate transformation combined with hands-on technical knowledge of financial & managerial accounting, SEC reporting & tax enables him to assist any public or private enterprise. Drafting policies, designing & implementing key internal controls is a specialty. Raising capital from his rich ecosystem of bankers, institutions & investors is a significant part of his portfolio.
He advises management on reporting systems & implement the day-to-day financial operations. Corporate transformations successfully accomplished include the following: deal due diligence, ERP systems implementation, full-scope financial audit completion, tax compliance and controversy resolution, project management, technology implementation, and risk management. He is very experienced with enterprise information systems, banking, lines of credit, lease lines, raising equity funds, and human resource issues. He manages teams and has solid working relationships with venture capitalists, PE firms, attorneys, insurance companies, law firms and accounting firms. CTO OF SOUTH FLORIDA INVESTOR SOCIAL CLUB
Peyton Hecht is CTO of South Florida Investor Social Club and an acclimated AI Software Developer for Outlier AI. An expert responsible for training and fine-tuning AI models to optimize code generation and output quality. This involves analyzing prompts, refining responses, and implementing advanced techniques for prompt engineering. He contributes to developing systems that continuously improve code accuracy and functionality through feedback loops and iterative testing.
One of his latest projects is a program that reads flight data from a CSV file, parsing relevant fields such as carrier, airport name, and arrival delay, and stores them in a structured format. It allows users to choose between Quick Sort and Merge Sort to sort the flight delays based on user-selected criteria (by airline, airport, or all data) and measures the sorting performance in best, worst, and average cases. Additionally, the program displays the shortest and longest delays after each sort and provides an interactive loop for performing multiple sorting operations. His top skillsets are Python (Programming Language), C++, Discrete Mathematics and working with artificial intelligence. Peytons other passions include anything to do with the ocean, aquatics, and has been a life-guard in his younger years.

Alejandro Castellanos is pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a keen interest in sales and finance. One of his greatest aspirations is to become the CEO of a company—a lifelong dream that fuels his drive for excellence and leadership. Gifted with the “gift of gab” and a natural talent for positively influencing those around him, Alejandro thrives in leadership roles, inspiring teams to achieve shared goals. His passion for working with numbers and budgets, combined with his exceptional sales acumen, makes him adept at selling any viable product and delivering results.

PRIVATE EQUITY DEVELOPMENT INTERN WITH SOUTH FLORIDA INVESTOR SOCIAL CLUB
Lejuan Lewis is a 5-year MBA scholar at FAMU with a strong passion for the financial services industry. He has been a Private Equity Business Development Intern for Blackmore Partners Inc. conducting research using D&B Hoovers, Pitchbook, and Cyndx for deal-sourcing potential & acquisition suitability. He has developed a target list of acquisitions, aiding in the identification of high-value opportunities, and participated in deal qualification processes and manages campaigns in the CRM system.
At the South Florida Investor Social Club (SFISC) he plays a pivotal role in bridging the club’s mission of fostering investor connections with private equity opportunities. This role combines research, networking, and strategic planning to drive growth, strengthen partnerships, and create value for the club and its members. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to delve into the world of private equity while contributing to the growth and success of one of South Florida’s premier networking organizations. Likitha Sai Lingagiri is a Business Analytics Master’s student with a finance concentration and a 4.0 GPA. She is committed to transforming data into actionable business insights that drive growth and innovation. Proficient in SQL, Python, and Excel, She has led data-centric projects like analyzing the COVID-19 impact on the beauty industry, leveraging statistical testing and visualization to reveal critical trends and solutions.
Known for her strategic approach to campaign management and cross-functional collaboration, she excels in fast-paced environments and eager to apply her analytical rigor and financial acumen to fuel data-driven decision-making in a dynamic Business Analyst role. She handles the market research: Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and audience demographics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Olivia Predelus has taken on previous roles of employees in a company she upstarted, working in functional departments of the organizarion (marketing, sales, human resources, finance, and IT, and has also completed department related work and projects that support the goals of her first startup. Olivia and her team competed and one first place with their startup in the state of Florida. They also competed in an incubator in New York, and designed their own products. She will be handling the sales, marketing, and management of our sales team for South Florida Investor Social Club. We are excited to have her on board!

Yolanda Liu is currently studying Neuroscience & Finance at Washington University in St. Louis. She was previousy an M&A Team Summer Analyst and also interned for Shanghai Dongsheng Investment Management. As an Investment Intern with South Florida Investor Social Club, she assists in analyzing investment opportunities and preparing reports on potential returns, risks, and market trends. She helps maintain financial records, ensuring they are up to date and accurately reflect club activities, assists in preparing financial statements or reports for meetings and presentations, helps with budget creation, including tracking expenses and revenues, assist in preparing financial forecasts and projections to guide future club activities and investment strategies. She also conducts research on potential investment opportunities such as real estate, stocks, or other assets.

Akash Suresh Kumar is our main web and app developer. He has previously worked at Guardian Life’s Engineering team benefited from his problem-solving prowess and ability to craft compelling user stories during his tenure as an Engineer, a role he embraced after advancing from a Graduate Engineer position.
Currently pursuing a Master’s in Engineering Science at the University at Buffalo, he applies his computer engineering foundation from Sri Sairam Engineering College to real-world challenges. His proficiency in web design and development, honed through certifications, complements his presentations skill set, facilitating effective communication of technical solutions to diverse audiences.

Yallaiah Onteru is a versatile software developer with over 4 years of professional experience, spanning roles from Salesforce development to big data and AI technologies. After spending his initial two years as a Salesforce Developer and Admin, where he became a certified Platform Developer, he transitioned to big data and furthered his skills in handling large databases and implementing scalable solutions.
He is also a certified Azure Data Engineer (DP-203), which complements his recent pursuit of a Master’s in Information Technology with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence. During his studies, he contributed to an AI strategy for brain tumor detection using MRI scans, utilizing models like ResNet and ResUNet, which sharpened his skills in deep learning, medical imaging analysis, AI model development, and data preprocessing. As an Azure Data Engineer, he leveraged Azure Data Factory (ADF) to orchestrate complex data workflows, enabling seamless data integration and transformation across various sources. Huitong Li is an expert in Quantitative Modeling, Quantitative Analystics and the Market Risk Analyst Field. Huitong has worked as an intern in The Eurasia Center, UNICEF, Morgan Stanley, Volkswagen Group, China Asset Management, Galaxy Securities having targeted quantitative methods of investing and business analytics. He is currently majoring in investment at UCLA and ranked as the 1st in his major. He has also studied in University of International Business and Economics, has also studied in Business Analytics at 2023 Summer School of Imperial College London Business School.
Huitong was a finalist in 2022 Mathematical Contest in Modeling, and won second Prize in the China University Mathematical Modeling Competition. He has won the Team Engagement Excellence Award in the 2022 Cornell CICER Winter Research Program. He is also excellent at Python, R, C++, Bloomberg and Excel while also being capable of computing Java and Matlab.

With prior experience as a Sales and Marketing Intern for Travel + Leisure Co., Dominique excelled in promoting Wyndham’s services to prospective customers. She has also honed her customer service and brand representation skills as a Forever Brand Representative, where she provided personalized shopping guidance and created exceptional experiences for customers.

Vidhi Patra is our newest intern and is studying computer science at Georgia Tech University! She has previously been the Founder and President of MHS Code4Good Club, where she spearheaded and organized her first hackathon with 100+ participants, led 15+ coding workshop, hosted Tech-Gallery Exhibits (coding project exhibits), led members & officers in coding socially beneficial projects, increased club members by 100+ through opportunities she created, and chaired meetings & managed communication.

Emil Backstone is a sophmore at the University of Florida and is deeply passionate about investment management and private banking. He has worked at DISS Capital Inc as an investment analysist and fundamental analysist, has also interned for J.P Morgan, is a member of UF Real Estate Society, and has been a sales and finance intern for Caenacio out of Los Angeles. His goal with interning for South Florida Investor Social Club is to assist with the financial budgetting, and work directly with business development and finance interns additionally with the CFO and Co-Founder of the company to assist with investment manageement and private equity lines.
